My growing, walking, sleeping baby Rowan

Rowan is walking 5, 10, and 15 steps now at a time. He does not have the confidence to walk long distances yet, but is gaining it quickly. Liv continues to make him laugh in ways that we are not able. He thinks it is hilarious when she drags him around the house by one leg. Hmmmmmm..... The dog is doing well, and daily proves to be a good companion and family member. We are all well and happy. Life is more busy than ever as I am currently training for a half marathon and studying to take the boards for a med-surg certification at work.

Went camping last weekend at Hayburn State Park outside of Plummer with some friends including my good friend Kristy from high school. We all had a great time. Unfortunately, Livi picked up a hot ember and had two blistered fingers by the end of the weekend. Rowan was just happy to return home to level ground so he could continue his efforts in ambulating.

This weekend we head to Dworshak Dam with Aaron's mom and brother. It should be another great, exhausting weekend.

New Family Member

Meet Chaco. Formerly known to her shelter and canine friends as Blossom. We had to change that hideous name, but her new name fits her well either way. Oh my gosh! What have we done. But, she is a sweet sweet girl.

3-Ring Circus

Rowan is trying so hard to keep up with Olivia. She is patient at times with him and he loves those moments. Olivia is obsessed with riding her bike everywhere.

Water boy/tree boy?

Rowan is stronger and smarter every day. He still has no teeth, but is growing a nice head of hair. He's not walking yet, but crawls everywhere. He says, "uh oh" and a few other difficult-to-recognize phrases or words. The boy is nearly 18lbs and I believe naming him after two types of trees was very appropriate. Watch out Liv!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
